Persuasive Essay On Winter Hours

I guess it is time to get started preparing for the upcoming seasons. You all know how important I think the winter sessions are for you health, injury prevention and playing speed, so I hope that as many of you as possible can attend. We will start Wednesday January 18 and go every Monday, Wednesday and Friday except when there is no school. Time will be right after school until 5 PM. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make ride arrangements so that you can be picked up on time. The school does not have enough kettlebells of the correct weight, so if you have one of your own please bring it!

Also here is a little suggestion. If you want to avoid soreness, if you are subject to shin splints, knee or ankle problems. etc. get a good pair of over the calf
