Imagine being fit and fifty years old because you have been playing sports since you were three. Playing sports is a great source of exercise for children, and it keeps them out of trouble. Children can build their confidence by playing sports. [Children should play sports because it gives them a job opportunity in the future, improves their social skills, and keeps them fit in a fun way.] Sports have offered many job opportunities for teens. In fact, you can get a scholarship for college by playing a sport, or you can just play in college too. Primarily, sports can get children daily exercise. Children get exercise that keeps them healthy and in shape. As a matter of fact, playing sports motivates children to be outside. According to Livestrong.com many children play video games or watch tv instead of playing outside or hanging out with friends. Of course, playing sports keeps children healthy and fit. Sports like golf and swimming are great for children because they can continue to do them when they are adults, which helps their health. Overall, sports keep children fit and healthy in a way that makes them excited to do it.
All in all, sports is an excellent thing for children to be involved in.
