First of all, some people think that, kids should always get a little something for showing up, but others believe that coaches should show their players that in life they won’t win all the time and they need to learn to lose. “Children are not fragile. They are amazing, bright, and capable and with our help they can develop the kind of internal fortitude they need to not only survive, but also thrive in life.
