Kids are responsible for the actions we make.
Parents should not take responsible for the kids mistake. I think kids should be held accountable for their actions. If kids are the one thats bullying they should go to jail not the parent. It's the kids decision to bully not the parents. I wouldn't want to be home and have my mom get took away cause of my brother or sister bullying. No it's the kids making those choices.

Even if the kids parents are always fighting does not give them an excuse to bully. I could understand if they were raised with their parents always fighting, they would think it is okay to bully. It's not okay to bully no matter what. That is the kids action not the parents.
