In the year 2013, a report by Fox Nation there were over 600,000 hunters in the state of Wisconsin alone this means there are 600,000 people in one state that own one or more guns. In today’s society, people are afraid of some people getting their hands-on guns in the united states, this is because of the high crime rate that is associated with guns. There have been some strict rules on who can buy a gun, but, out lawing guns would be almost impossible. There’s around 15 million people that use their guns for hunting and know what dangers can come with using a gun. Guns have been a controversial thing in the United States for as long as guns were around because of the dangers, but also because hunters don’t want to give up their guns. The point of this paper is to understand what the second amendment is, laws come with owning or buying a gun, also why people should have guns and why someone wouldn’t agree with owning a gun.

People that use guns to kill another person out of anger, sadness, or whatever their reason is to kill is abusing the right to have a gun. This abuse of being able to buy and use a gun to kill someone is why guns’ laws are starting to get debated on if stricter laws should be put onto get a gun. This will make it harder to buy guns even if it’s for the use of hunting. Stricter laws are maybe necessary because of increase violence used because of the abuse that’s been done to the second
