Welfare Abuse Control One of the problems of our society is the abuse of welfare. The welfare system was not created for people who are just too lazy to work. The system was created to help those who are not capable of supporting themselves such as the elderly people of the community. The people that you see that walk into a store in their night clothes And it is around lunch time then they are more than likely one of the people that abuse the welfare system. And if you have not noticed, liquor stores are now accepting food stamps. Therefore, the government should have stricter expectations on the welfare system. If a welfare recipient should fail a drug test (exceptions to medicinal marijuana) then they should be banned from receiving welfare or any support benefits from the government. Whenever somebody gets accepted for the use of welfare then they should have to use it just like the normal people in America. They should have a pin, a signature, and a picture on the back for identification. Another solution to help stop the abuse of welfare is to only permit the usage of welfare in a grocery store such as Walmart,Target, Kmart,and Publix. The welfare users should be allowed to only buy bread, cereal, fruits, vegetables, meats (such as beef, fish, and pork), poultry, dairy products (such as cheese and milk), and seeds and plants that will produce food for the household to eat, and any first aid kit items.
