Having fun can help in self esteem and your mood. It can help in your adiitude and the way you talk to people. If your having trouble at home and stuff it's a good place to get away from all that and chill and have fun. Having fun is key thing to life and it can help you with your problems to get away from some things and also it can help in your mood and all that. As a track athlete, you get the opportunity to meet a variety of people and make new friends every day. If you don't have a lot of friends and u can meet people doing track and hopefully make a new best friend. Also a good place to meet and find friends. You can get a stronger coach and athlete bond. Also you could meet new coaches and adults and get to know them and there life. After all, Track gives you a lot of opportunities to meet new people and have a better bond with your teammates.
