Persuasive Essay On The Reasons Why Adults Should Play Sports

There are a bunch of reasons why kids, tennagers and even adults should play sports. Kids have to play sports to keep their health in good shape. Kids love to crave candy or junk food, which may cause health problems. Health is very important for one’s life too. Here are some reasons why people should play sports.
We’ve already went over this one, but health is very important. If your health is very bad, it may cause death. People should eat their vegetables, but sports needs to motivate them. Their is many things you can do as sports. Things such as soccer, football, basketball, baseball, etc. If you’re a girl you can do dance, volleyball, or gymnastics.
If you don't like sports, it doesn't have to be sports. You can always run a mile
