Before teens could even think about going behind the wheel, they have to hit the books on the multiple rules of the road. These rules have been developed and enforced around the country so that the highways, streets, and all pavement is safe for all while in and on all motor vehicles. Not only that, but the person also have to partake and pass, of course, the Driver’s Education course and any other preparations required of the state you’re in. For the most part, for those who just turned sixteen, goes through the motions to finally have the freedom to drive without the supervision of an adult. However, without the proper education concerning the different parts of driving, things could get a little bumpy. I know it’s shocking. Once you turn fifteen in Texas, you can get a learners permit. Once you turn sixteen, you can obtain a state's driver's license. They’ve only been driving a little more than a year and now they can take their parents car wherever they want without the supervision of a well-seasoned adult driver. This could lead to some fatal accidents if they were to panic or second guess themselves in the event that a split second decision must be made on the road.
