We still got onto our phones because we had the capability too, and there wasn’t a way to truly enforce the law. What if instead there was a law passed that enabled authorities to enforce the banning of the usage of a cellular device. My solution to the problem that is causing harm to many is that the U.S. passes a bill that requires us to have Cellcontrol.
