The first question to ask is what is a refugee?. According to United Nations Protocol, refugees are people who are outside their origin country because of a threat coming from either in or outside. The threat comes from ill treatment because of political opinions individuals adopted, or racism against a specific individual have the same religion, or nationality (Congressional Digest, 2016). They escape from violence causes that threaten their lives. This definitely removes them from the immigrant category. Refugees and immigrants are different because each one has a different reason. Both wings agree that leadership shouldn’t go to Islamic State ISIS. The danger will be increased in the world if ISIS controlled Syria. They will kill everyone whom not follow, especially the Shia. ISIS classified themselves as Sunni, but they kill Sunni as well. Before the civil war, all Syrians from different religions and sects live together under one flag and loyalty to Syria's regime, yet the hatred born during the war. The hatred emerges from the war affects Muslims both side by making a gap and it expands. In fact, Syrian Civil War effects and involved other countries because Syrian become refugees, and their crisis expands. The squeeze on global community to find immediately a solution to end their suffering and open channels for negotiation. In addition, Syrians struggle in a journey and face the danger to reach a safe place rather than their country after the civil war there. The danger depends on which country they are heading towards. They will go through boats have lack of safety crossing the Mediterranean, or by trucks with a long trip to their point. According to Malek and Alia (2016) the illegal journey start from Turkey and end to Germany throw several stops in few countries like Hungary, Austria, and Croatia. However, the refugees feel comfortable in Euro countries because they feel safe and have good chances in rich countries like euro countries rather than Jordan, Turkey, and Lebanon (2015).
