Many professional athletes are professionals because they are better than the average man, but what happens when that athlete wants to be better themselves beyond their natural capability? The athlete that wants to better themself has two choices; train everyday with everything they have, or turn to steroids. Many questions are still around as to why certain substances are considered steroids and why some are not. Steroids come in many forms like pills, injections and now many people consider certain recovery tools as steroids. For example, certain pain relief pills are referred to as steroids in the NFL but players can sniff smelling salts which releases chemicals to make you relaxed. In many cases, steroids are not only used for sport purposes but for health reasons with serious side effects.

Anabolic Androgenic Steroids are now being put in pre-workouts, for NFL players who take pre-work, they need to be cautious of what they buy and what is in it. Overall, every steroid has a positive and a negative. All of it matters with the user, if the user can control what they are putting in their body and understand the effects of it then give it a try.
