When you are a coach for a football team, you have to make sure you are sincere, very clear with your team players, and to make sure you have them in controlled. As the coach was giving his speech to the team, before the second half of the game he wanted to make sure we was direct. Skill 1 shows that his volume was perfectly clear so everyone has his attention, especially the tone he was using to make everyone know he was serious. He had a good intake with Skill 2, he had confidence with giving out his speech and showing that he cares for his group of guys. Showing them that he has a big heart for every one of them. He didn't even excluded the player that was injured. Because he explained how the player would die to play on the team that game
