Dating can be hard and even harder for people who go into it blind. Although it is good to be nice, blatantly overlooking red flags that may be staring people right in the face can cause problems later on. However, all said and done, it is not easy to spot the red flags too. So, let’s make it easier. Here is a list of a red flags everyone should know about, and noticing them early on can help people avoid heartache later.

1. Complaint Box

If the date is all about the other person complaining either about their friends, colleagues, ex-partners, or life in general, be wary. Be very wary. Of course, everyone has problems. But, if someone has an issue against every aspect of their life, it is not a good sign. Why? Because sometimes it is good to look through to see clearly that they are the common denominator. Similarly, someone with constant negative thoughts can also become difficult to live with. Their constant bickering and pessimistic attitude towards life can become annoying quickly.

2. Always Right

If a person is easier to talk with, it becomes interesting to hang out with them and get to know them better. However, there are certain people who love to put across their opinion as the superior one. They do give other people a ‘chance’ to talk, but it is their way or the highway. Such a personality becomes a little difficult to deal with. In the short term, people may go along to not rock the boat but in the long term, it can become a major source of frustration, constant arguments and in turn, an unhealthy relationship. It is definitely a red flag and people should look out for this trait. If you notice it, run in the opposite
