Usually most citizens don't vote because we don’t have free choice on voting president. People complain about having direct votes, meaning when the people cast their votes the majority of the votes will be elected to position. People argue to have direct election for an equal election. Usually with Electoral Votes it would give the loser of the popular vote a greater chance to win the Electoral vote. Which if you think about it, it isn't completely fair. Even so it would give them a chance to tie up with the running mate.
