Having a well balanced diet will give you the energy you need. In the video "Super Size Me," Morgan Spurlock 's goes for a whole month with just eating McDonalds food. According to the video " He mimics the lifestyle of those who eat fast food. He does not do any physical activity for thirty days and will only walk 5000 steps." Before Morgan goes on this journey, medical experts make predictions about the outcome after this experiment. Morgan ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for a month. When they asked him if he wanted to super size his meal, he had to say yes. After going for a month of eating McDonalds food, the outcome was worse than they had predicted. He was borderline diabetic and had gained a lot of weight for just a month time. Morgan gained 24.5 pounds in the short amount of time. He also got sick multiple times after eating the food. Through this video, it has taught everyone not to eat a lot of fast food restaurant. This can avoid becoming obese and having a lot of health issues in the future. Everyone needs to get so much exercise every day. Physical activity helps to keep your body going like it needs to. If you don 't exercise, you can 't get your heart rate up. If you don 't keep your heart rate up, your body will not get the circulation throughout the body like it is suppose to. The circulation will help all your organs and muscles function to their full capacity. If you don 't use it, you lose it.
