In the United States we live in a place with so much advancements opportunity and diversity yet there are millions of people who refuse to acknowledge the rights of other Americans. We live in a time where we are criticize by those who disagree with us, most of us lead lives that are relatively tame by comparison.
We have day jobs. We buy groceries. We make doctors and dentist appointments. We deal with credit card companies and telemarketers and junk mail. We celebrate birthdays and holidays. We deal with loss and heartbreak and heartache. We mourn death and tragedy. We keep close the people that we love, and we try our best to avoid the people that we hate. it’s extremely easy for them to surmise whatever they want to about the “Gay Lifestyle” or “Gay Agenda” or whatever customs firsthand, you have no real way of knowing what to believe and what not to believe. So by putting their lives out there for the world to see, they are essentially helping bridge the gap between them and the people who essentially don’t know any better.
We must make it clear to these people, and to the world, that we are just as human as the rest of the
