NTRODUCTION: I have chosen world famous Kraft Dinner for my Heritage Fair project. I will be talking about variations, the creator, history and marketing. Kraft Dinner is a cheesy pasta that was invented by James Lewis Kraft. I think it is important to Canada because it was made in Fort Erie and it's quick and simple to make. If Justin Trudeau were to make a time capsule in 2068 Kraft Dinner would be important to include in it because in the future who knows if Kraft Dinner will still be on the shelves or if it will evolve then wouldn't it be worth a lot of money to have an original box of Kraft Dinner? Also it will show people from the future how busy canadians were because of how much less time it takes to cook that compared to a steak dinner.

Marketing is a big part of selling kraft dinner. Would you rather have a brown boring package or a bright colourful one? By having a colourful appearance it draws attention to customers and makes them buy. There is a lot of hard work put into marketing you have to make sure people know about your product through commercials, ads on billboards in the paper on the radio and basically anywhere where there are people. Finding the perfect spot is an essential part of marketing. Another big part of marketing is competition Annie's organic mac and cheese is a huge competitor to Kraft Dinner because it's healthier.
VARIATIONS:
There are many variations of Kraft Dinner for example there are types with white cheese, cheddar cheese, two cheese ,deluxe then there are the types of noodles like shells, straight, skinny, and the original elbow macaroni. There are also a lot of different companies who have different variations like there is Kraft, Annie’s, No Name brand or even homemade they are all different variations of Kraft Dinner.

One of them being efficiency which is great for busy families or people who want a savoury meal fast without the hassle regular meals will have for example you could actually just put this in the microwave without worrying about burning it or even if you decide to cook it on the stove it still is a lot easier than making a full on three course meal.
