Independence is a great way to show how students mature in making their own decisions. In fact, through this process you start to see their transitions into adulthood. Time management is very important of being on your own. You do not have mom, and dad to wake you up for school, or make sure you are on time to work. Students have to be responsible for making sure they set their alarms, and being on time to different places.
