There are a couple of places that have restrictions and rules that you cannot hunt. Those are things you have to be aware of. some of the long seasons with friendly regulations, reasonable pressure, a large, healthy and well-balanced herds are held in that have restrictions and you do need a permit to go hunting.First of all we will have to keep the meat in a cool area for example, we can keep them in a storage, shed or a shelter. A way we can preserve the meat is by smoking it. When we smoke the meat it will keep bacteria away from the meat. We can use charcoal or propane to smoke the meat, the temperature will have to be anywhere between 150 and 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Another method we can use is curing. Curing is basically a technique where it involves us preserving the meat with salt. We will need half a pound of salt mixed with a quarter cup of brown sugar, that would be enough for ten through twelve pounds of the meat. The sugar is needed to counterbalance the salt. once we mix the salt and the brown sugar together we will need to start spreading it over the meat.
