Persuasive Essay On Golf

There is a problem that has plagued the nations of the world, including the American Public for an exceedingly long time, since before the handheld mobile phone being tapped by the government, since before the unrest in the middle east, since before the people were aware we were melting the ice caps. I’m not talking about the laws of war, I am talking about a much larger battlefield, one upheld in the minds & hearts of gentlemen as well as ladies who duel to uphold their honor along with their pride. I am talking about the green fields, sandy dunes, calm lakes, the grassy hills, and the tree roots of the battlefield upon which people defend their honor in times of peace, where challenges are civil. Even it’s modern inclusion was questionable. There are some who would say that the only reason it resurfaced is due to a sum of money changed hands. My question is why is this a problem? So what, they bribed the volunteer committee to secure golf in the Olympics, better that than bribing people on important international votes, though that's probably happening too. The IOC as well as the involved countries may have smelled money, but it wasn’t from bribes, it was from advertising revenue. Do you know the number of people who watched the Olympics? Well, neither do I, but it’s legions of people, so that lets people ask for a large wad of money from companies who want to advertise at the Olympics or in between at the commercial breaks. So hopefully there are now none who question that golf is a sport, but for those of you, brigands who just skip to the end without reading, I will summarize the paper. Golf is a sport in both definition in addition to comparison, and should thus continue to be in the Olympics. So what should we do now? Well walk out there on the grand battlefield of civil challenge and win some
