For the formal tone, I was told at the CJ office that my biography writing is fine as it is. Moreover, because and if you want me to take a more casual tone on biographies, please let me know who are the audiences you are targeting this website for. I believe knowing that will help me write in whatever direction it is required and help the website be more friendly. It gets tricky writing to someone you don't know. I believe you understand.
