The first fad diet I will be talking about is the baby food diet.Which is a diet where you have to eat baby food during the day then for dinner you can eat something normal. The average adult will need 12 to 16 jars of baby food for the day. This fad diet is designed to help you lose weight without exercise. Baby food does not come cheap you easily spend at least 10 dollars a day on baby food since your eating a lot of baby food.
