As Kevin Durant once said, “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard”. A team were all players are playing with joy and working together is better than a team of only starters with horrible team chemistry and a coach that all he cares about is winning. Furthermore, winning isn’t everything. The memories of playing with your friends the sports that you love are far more valuable than some rep of winning some event.
Thirdly, for the audience, watching the same couple of people can get very exhausting. Not only were the brilliant inventions of sports made for the pleasure of the players, but also the spectating audience attendant. They should not have to see the same teammates on the court especially when they paid to watch all of them. Also, after playing for an abundant amount of time the players can get extremely tired which can even cost the team the game. There is no negotiable way to look at this claim differently, coaches need to make changes in their player’s game pattern and it is not fair to fans of the
