Drivers who drive under the influence take many individuals’ lives. If you take the risk to drive drunk, then you should be liable off all actions that you will be accounted for, by which mean take full responsibility of their actions. The reasons they need to take responsibility is they account for a large amount of unsuspected deaths. Just like Zane. The possibility of an accident increases significantly when a person becomes irresponsible and drives while being intoxicated. “Every year more than 15,000 people were killed in alcohol related accidents.” “While more than 630,000 innocent people were injured based on DUI drivers.” (Mothersagianstdrunkdrivers) These numbers do not lie, and for a fact should present that DUI’s are a major case all around the world. For the most part, even though some drivers are unsure they are under the influence, they should still be penalized and taken off the road. Occasionally some drivers are unsure if they are under the influence, but that is simply not an excuse. There should not be an excuse to take an innocent persons life. Many people acknowledge that they cannot drive on the road without fear, as a concern, and that should not be a case. “Every weekend, every hour at least one teen age kid is killed based on alcohol related accidents.” (Mothersagainstdrunkdrivers) Without a doubt, no one’s life should be taken, just because there is an immature driver who believes he, or she is perfectly fine to drive, but their clearly not.
