Millions of people worldwide do it. Many people say “ I got home safely, and no one was hurt”. Just because you made it home safely does not mean that you made the right decision. When putting those keys in the ignition and driving away intoxicated you are not only putting yourself at risk, but you are risking the lives of all you come across while driving. Alcohol affects you in so many ways that it changes your judgement, eyesight, as well as driving skills to drive home safely.

It’s easy to think that you are driving normally but you are truly not. When the police takes notice you could be charge with a DUI/DWI. According to the 2009 drunk driving statistics there were 10,838 traffic impaired driving crashes. Those

To prevent the problem do not drive while intoxicated ,only time will get you back sober. Exercising can be the best thing if you have diabetes. It lowers blood pressure, and blood sugar, reduces heart disease, and cancer risk. It improves blood flow, helps straighten your posture, builds strong bones, improves your sleep, prevents depression and stress, and prevents obesity. Exercising can help you in a lot of different ways not just losing weight. Tons of people are too lazy to get up from the couch and go out for a run. With just running for 40 minutes everyday or 3 times a week is already making a difference. Feeling sore the next day does not mean nothing is changing, it means that it’s working so it’s a good thing. Keeping a good healthy diet goes along with working out. Eating 3 times a day breakfast, lunch and, dinner with a small snack in between will make you lose weight a little bit more faster and it is also healthier. If the doctor tells you, you need to exercise then do it. You probably think it won’t do anything to good to you health but it will a lot you would be surprised.
