Exercising can be the best thing if you have diabetes. It lowers blood pressure, and blood sugar, reduces heart disease, and cancer risk. It improves blood flow, helps straighten your posture, builds strong bones, improves your sleep, prevents depression and stress, and prevents obesity. Exercising can help you in a lot of different ways not just losing weight. Tons of people are too lazy to get up from the couch and go out for a run. With just running for 40 minutes everyday or 3 times a week is already making a difference. Feeling sore the next day does not mean nothing is changing, it means that it’s working so it’s a good thing. Keeping a good healthy diet goes along with working out. Eating 3 times a day breakfast, lunch and, dinner with a small snack in between will make you lose weight a little bit more faster and it is also healthier.
