Old man Jenkins and Jill make it back to Rumplandia. The citizens tell Old man Jenkins that they will bring Jill to the hospital and he should go to the police. Old man Jenkins tells the police what happened. Investigators went to to where Jack was and when they got there they investigated Jack and came to a conclusion. They went back to the town and says that Jack was murdered. Everyone in the town gasped and cried. The detective was set to the crime and asked old man Jenkins if he saw anyone in the woods when he looked for Jack and Jill? old man Jenkins replied with, “Yes, I saw the mayor and the huntsman.”
