Every single year, 9.2 million children die and of those child deaths 95,000 are murdered (World Health Organization, 2003). Unfortunately, on the Christmas of 1996 Jon Benet Ramsey became one of those 95,000. A six year old beauty princess gone forever. Who would kill her? Why would they do that you might ask? We may never know but we have a pretty good guess. It is obvious that Jon Benet’s brother Burke Ramsey killed his sister due to behavioral problems, jealousy, and his parents’ interference in the case.

He was one of the the three people that could have killed Jon Benet in the house (Nikki Swift). Jon Benet did not kill herself so either Burke killed her or the parents killed her. In addition, while at one point it might have been true that Burke did not do the crime the evidence shows that he is most definitely guilty. Burke Ramsey’s behavioral issues had a big role in the murder (CNN, 2013). Burke was almost special needs and did not get help. Also, Burke not doing it is an understatement. He was not tried for the murder of his little sister Jon Benet Ramsey (bio.com,2009). His parents were not letting the police investigate. In conclusion, while Burke may seem innocent he is the guiltiest person in the murder of his younger sister Jon Benet
