In order to make efforts to avoid accidents while driving, to save lives and for the betterment of the nation, congress should pass a law banning all uses of cell phones by the drivers. Electronic devices have become a vital part of today’s life and their use has been increased day by day. Technlogy has made life much easier and stress free but it has made humans slave to it. Cell phones are amongst many other electronic devices that have both, their own benefits and drawbacks. Being an educated individual, one can decide what is right or wrong. A ban on cell phones along with no uses of hands free devices , will help the drivers to avoid distractions that may cause an accident and will lead to a safer driving.

As an example, a person was talking to some other person with the use of bluetooth while driving. But he was so indulged in talking that he didn’t found the red signal, continued driving and met an accident with the school girl crossing the road with her mother. The mother died at the same moment and the girl became handicaped as her lower body was trashed.
Most of the countries of the world has passed a law banning the usage of cell phone while driving. As responsible citizens of the country, it is our duty to follow the rules and regulations of the country,do good for the nation and to do things in favour of it. If government passes a certain law, it is our duty to strictly follow it because that is for our ultimate good.
