Do you need someone to ever watch your children for a few hours while you go get your hair done, go to the movies, or go out to dinner? Well you came to the right place! I can babysit for you whenever you want (as long as I am not in school). I should babysit for you because I am certified, experienced, and trustworthy. To begin, I would be a good babysitter for your child because I am certified. Although some may believe that being certified does not matter; however, being certified means that you have been trained by professionals. I have been taught CPR, and the heimlich maneuver in case of emergencies. Also, I know how to react when a child is not acting appropriately. Finally, I know child care essentials such as, how to entertain them, …show more content…
To summarize, to babysit a person should have experience with children. A final reason why I should babysit for you is because I am trustworthy. It is true, of course, that some may believe that babysitting is more than just being trustworthy; however, being trustworthy is important because it shows a person that they can trust you with your child. I am trustworthy because I have been left with children alone, and nothing happened. Also, I am trustworthy because I have been certified like stated earlier. A final example of why I am trustworthy is because my parents trust me at other people's houses, and when there is an emergency I know how to respond and let my parents know. No matter what happens, I can always be trusted. As one can see, being trustworthy is an important step to becoming a good babysitter. Being certified, being experienced, and being trustworthy are all reasons why I would be a good babysitter. Like stated earlier in the essay, I would be a good babysitter because I have experience in babysitting, I have been trained and certified to be a babysitter, and I am trusted by parents to watch their kids. So hire me to babysit for

The sun rises everyday, but no matter how bright it shines for children in foster care the day can still be dark. Most children in Canada’s foster system have a rough time bouncing back and forth between families, not being able to really trust anyone. Most of the children in foster care have a rough time continuing on with schooling and staying away from drugs and alcohol. There can be many reasons why children and teens are placed under care in the foster system, but being placed in this care means that all children are meant to be kept safe and in some cases children can not be guaranteed safety at all times. The process of placing a child takes six steps.…

Last year the American taxpayers spent twenty-two billion dollars on foster care programs (ABC News 1). It’s a slightly sizeable amount, but it is put to shame when compared to the 600 billion dollars spent on the US Military last year (National Priorities Project 1) . Regardless, I have a solution for this seemingly excessively unnecessary spending. Even Wade Horn, the highest ranking federal official in charge of foster care says the foster care system is a giant mess and should just be blown up (ABC News 1). Why don’t we do just that?…

Not every child is fortunate to be raised by their own blood and by a loving family, like most have. Imagine the life in the shoes of a foster child; these children don’t only face the absence of their parent but suffer from placements of unfit homes. Within these unfit homes children suffer not only physically but emotionally.…

My First Time Babysitting It was a dark rainy Friday evening, school just let out for the weekend and I was free except I still had one thing to do left, as I was doing a weird walk jog across the campus while trying not to get soaked just to get to the main building, as my phone started to make this weird ringing noise and obviously I got a bunch of looks. When I looked at my phone I saw that my dad was calling me and when I answered my dad told me not to walk home in the rain and just wait it out. Once I got to the main high school building, I walked through the maze of hallways and lockers, and finally just finally I made it to the front of the building. It was still pouring down rain when I looked out of the window, by this time the storm was almost through…
