Asteroid Studies could either help us or just be a waste of time. I believe that Nasa (National, Aeronautics, Space Administration.) should not fund asteroid studies for many reasons.One reason is because of time to get there.Another reason is because of money that Nasa spends.My last reason is the danger of astroids.Do you want to know why I believe this?
Time is one important thing that not everyone has.It takes a long time to get to the asteroid belt in space.I believe that studying asteroids connects with this because if we can’t get our money back in a certain amount of time.Another reason is that an asteroid might not hit for a long time.In the article Gravity Tractor as Asteroid Mover it states, “...about 20 years before the asteroid was due to hit earth.” this means that we do not have to worry about the time that we have.
