Persuasive Essay On Animal Testing

Ever since peta was founded in 1980, and even before then, there has always been a backing of going cruelty-free and animal rights in general. It was and still is a fight for a good cause across the globe. Although, testing on animals has been around for a while doesn’t mean we couldn’t use a change for the better. Humans must strive forward as a society to make a conscious effort to go cruelty free. What is humanity if we don’t strive to grow and progress?
Cruelty-free products are products that have no form of animal testing at any point of a brands products.” This means not even the individual ingredients are tested on animals. We’ve gone to the moon and cloned animals, so why have we continued to test on creatures who don’t deserve it? Companies tell the consumers that they test for our own safety, but what they don’t want you to know is that there are alternatives out there. One of the alternatives being vitro testing. Vitro testing is the testing using chips that contain human cells to mimic the structure and function of human organs and organ systems. Since these chips mirror the function of human organs it can be tested on rather than the companies testing on animals.
Which is much more accurate than testing on animals. Testing on animals isn’t necessary at all due to them not having the same DNA. Animals are different from humans, therefore react to things differently than humans do. “Testing products on animals does not guarantee any benefits. Humans have evolved as science has and no longer have to rely on animal testing for our own personal
