It was storming the night the Bob found a starving cat left on the side of the road. The poor animal had its tail bobbed and its paws had their claws cut. It stared up at him with large round, green eyes, which instantly won Bob’s heart. The poor animal was in horrible condition, however. It was so hungry its ribs were showing, and its left fore-paw was broke. Bob took the animal in, and cared for it, and helped it find a new home, which would soon lead to the shelter we had today. No animal should have to face the horrors that cat went through. Help fund your community animal shelter today. Currently, the shelter is running dangerously low on food, and is in desperate need of funds if it is going to cater to its animals.

When animals go stray they can become feral, and then they face the risks of overpopulating, intruding on personal property, damaging personal property, or even hurting others. No one wants to have to go to bed wondering if animals are going to get into their sheds, or damage their brand new picket fence. Your community shelter, by housing and caring for these animals, can prevent that from happening. By supporting their funds, you can too.
Just because an animal is in a shelter, does not mean it cannot be your best friend. Your community shelter can be a great place to pick up a new animal for the family, or just yourself. These animals, if cared for by your community shelter, go on to do great things, like being police dogs, helping blind people, and so much more! All of this can happen if your community shelter cares for these animals. By supporting their funds, you can help many others, just by donating to help the shelter, one animal at a time.
The animal shelter is clearly very important, not only to the animals, but to the city, and many others who these animals can help. The animal shelter, however, is currently facing financial issues, and is having trouble feeding and caring for their animals. If you help fund the animal shelter, you can halp many great causes, as well as give an animal a home, and hope. By funding the community animal shelter, you can

Positive Influence on WCHS While attending WCHS I have tried to make a positive impact on not only my peers, but the facility as well, whether it's a simple good morning or a smile while walking down the hall. I have tried to obtain leadership roles in various extracurricular activities throughout my high school career to help make a bigger impact on kids life's. I love to lead and be apart of something that is positive, for example being apart of FFA has shown me how far a simple ten cans of food can do. Simple things can turn around someone's day, FFA donates can goods, also dog and cat food to local animal shelters. I know when I donate and see the impact it has it makes me feel like a better person, the feeling is indescribable.…

For most people, it’s hard to wrap their head around the idea that animals all over the world are being abused, neglected, or even used in animal fighting. It’s a very sad concept to fully understand because most people think, “Why would someone do terrible things to an innocent animal?”.
