There are many ways, however, that you can help fight against this issue. If you don’t have money to donate, simply taking out time to volunteer at shelters such as Sean Casey Animal Rescue will make a positive impact on this problem by providing more aid to these nonprofit organizations. Additionally, one of the most significantly important solutions to this issue is to stop buying pets from shops that support puppy mills.The bottom line is that puppy mills are all about profits, meaning that whatever may cut into their profit, such as quality food for the animals, veterinary care, or shelter, is not provided. This disgusting habit must be put to an immediate end. By refusing to buy animals that come from puppy mills, you essentially cut their profits and run them out of business. This will also contribute to the end of overbreeding and stranded animals.
Volunteering at Sean Casey Animal Rescue has been, and still is, an amazing experience. Jennifer, Mary and I have worked tremendously to educate those around us about the issues of animal mistreatment by informing friends and family about the issue, posting on social media with ways to help the cause, and by volunteering at an animal shelter. In the near future, we hope to see a nation-wide effort to put an end to this problem and take care of these helpless
