The term “alien” deters people from even considering the existence of these beings due to the extremes and stereotypes placed on them through science-fiction movies and comics. An alien is not an evil, manipulative race that is trying to conquer the earth, which is portrayed in nearly all of the alien resources that are in the world today, but instead a living being with the same curiosity as ourselves. The stereotypical alien is too far-fetched for universal acceptance, but the reality of these creatures is nearly impossible to deny it further.
Our universe is too extravagant to wrap our worldly minds around; we cannot grasp the true size of what is around us. The large amount of fake stories are proven fake, creating a distorted view on the entirety of the sightings, making every story appear made-up, covering up honest encounters.
