Abortion: the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often preformed during the first twenty-eight weeks of the pregnancy. Approximately there are 115,000 abortions per day and 42 million a year worldwide. In 2005 in the United States, there were about 1.21 million all together and about 3,315 a day. Mankind is killing babies at an alarming rate. This is murder of innocent people who never stood a chance and that is wrong. Abortion should be illegal worldwide.
During the abortion process the baby feels the pain. The spinal reflex system is developed within the first eight weeks within being conceived and that is the most primitive response to the pain. The pain is severe and excruciating. In an ultrasound done the baby is seen with his mouth open in a silent scream from this unbarring pain during the process. The child can literally feel his or her life being taken away.

The Sixth Commandment of the Bible says, “Thou shalt not kill”(Exodus 20:13), this command does not apply to only born babies and grown humans, this applies to unborn children as well. A commandment is a law given by God himself for every human being to follow. In Jeremiah 1:5 God says, “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sacrificed thee...” God sees all of his children equal, alive on earth or not. A sin is the act of violating God’s will. God sees all sins as equal, no sin is greater than another in His eyes, that being the case, if abortion is a sin then abortion is the same as murdering to God. Some might say that it would be wrong to keep the baby and not be able to properly care for him or her, but there are thousands of adoption agencies all across the world that can provide a healthy life for the

“Surgeons entering the womb to perform corrective procedures on tiny unborn babies have seen those babies flinch, jerk and recoil from sharp objects and incisions” (Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life). An abortion procedure involves an abortionist reaching into the mother’s womb with a clamp and pulling out parts of the child with force. This procedure violently tears a preborn child apart, limb from torso, until the child bleeds to death in utero. After the arms and legs are torn off, the abortionist then continues to the brain where he/she takes the clamp and crushes down on the head until they see pure white gelatinous material issue from the cervix. Abortion for another reason is completely immoral to me. I substantiate that life began in conception, without conception no person in the world would be born. The fetus stage is scientifically and natural part of an evolution of the human life cycle. Abortion is to terminate a human being in any stage of life, then abortion, ending a life of the fetus, is absolutely wrong. Killing is murder and murder are ethical absolutes.…

There are approximately 42 million abortions a year and approximately 115,000 every day ("Abortion Facts| Facts on Abortion | Abortion Facts and Statistics"). Abortion is a controversial subject that everybody has an opinion about. There are several reasons as to why this is the case. Abortion is a terrible act that should be abolished because it violates the rights of the unborn child, murders the unborn child, and can cause health problems for the mother in the future. When a woman aborts her baby, she is violating the rights of the unborn child.…

If a fetus is removed from the womb, it is cut off from all nutrition or energy that it receives from its mother. Without nutrition, it can no longer thrive, grow, or develop on its own and the only response to any stimuli presented is death. Most abortions save women from gruesome psychological effects due to rape or incest. Forcing a woman to carry and give birth to a child without her consent is bound to cause more psychological harm than the abortion itself (“10 Arguments: For and Against Abortion”). In most fetus fatal abnormalities such as a missing limb can be detected which can result in death shortly before or after the baby is born.…

However, there are many teachings in the Scriptures that clearly demonstrate God 's view of abortion. Jeremiah 1: 5 tells us that God knows us even before he weaves us into our mother 's womb. Psalm 139: 13-16 shows us the active part of God in our creation and intrauterine formation. Exodus 21: 22-25 prescribes the same penalty for anyone who causes the death of a baby in the womb of his mother as for the one who commits a murder. This is a clear indication that God considers a baby in his mother 's womb as well as an adult human being.…

It is morally wrong to kill an innocent child. This includes rape or incest victims’ fetuses, if the child has a birth defect, if the parents are not fit to keep the child, or even a mother’s health should not decide rather they should terminate a pregnancy or not. When a pregnant woman is murdered, the murderer is charged with double homicide. Why is this any different when it is just the fetus that dies? It isn’t.…

One of the most widely talked about and most controversial topics in the United States today is abortion. That means that from 2005-2015 approximately 12.1 million fetuses were terminated in the United States. They argue that abortion protects the life and choices of mothers but offers zero protection for the children. The abortion law does not provide a specific time frame that abortion can occur. It has been found that after roughly “20 weeks of gestation” the fetus is fully formed and capable of feeling pain (Zagorski). Therefore the question of whether it is morally correct to inflict pain on a fully formed human comes into play It is possible for women to abuse the abortion law by continually choosing to become impregnated and receive multiple abortions rather than using other forms of birth control that are available to them at little or no cost.…

Women’s health can be affected if she is not able to have one, the fetus can’t feel pain, and overall it should be the woman’s choice. To begin with, fetuses aren’t able to feel pain during the time abortions are performed. Pain doesn’t occur for fetuses until the 29th or 30th week of being in the mother’s womb. Abortions occurring that far into the pregnancy are rare and sometimes illegal (“Should Abortion Be Legal?”). Dr. Anne Davis, an OB-GYN and abortion provider, says, “... Neurons that carry pain signals aren’t developed until the third trimester of pregnancy.”…

Thus, abortion should not even be legal. Under the basic rights of personhood a person has the right of security, meaning they have the right not to be abused, injured, or killed. Commonly, the practice of abortion involves suction aspiration, which the baby mildly drugged, torn to pieces and then lightly suctioned out of the whom. To stop this, the fetal heart bill was put forth to stop the unconstitutional extermination of embryos with a detected heartbeat, but it simply died in congress. As citizens of the United States we need to recognize and inform this unconstitutional practice and put up the laws necessary to make it…
