A relative once told me that, “ Taking naps are only for babies!”. But really, they aren’t, anyone can take a nap. People take naps for different reasons. Taking naps can benefit people in so many ways. Napping can help physical health and mental abilities, but it has to be the right kind of nap. First, napping can help with physical health. For example, a nap can revive your energy (source 2). According to source 2, you will have more energy to do things and not just being super tired. Napping also can lower blood pressure (source 2).
