“Go To Sleep” There is something that everybody needs. Some people may need a little more of it than others, but everyone needs it to survive. This thing that everyone needs is sleep. Sleep is a required part of living. It allows the body and mind to rest and recuperate. Not only is sleep itself required, but getting enough sleep every night is vital to functioning properly the next day. Usually getting about seven to eight hours of sleep every night is healthy. Anything below this is inadequate. Having too little sleep at night decreases the level of which someone is able to perform. Athletic activity can be a nightmare without enough sleep.
