High school seniors should think about a deeper meaning of how they receive their diploma because it is more than shaking the principal’s hand and accepting a piece of paper. Try to steady your hand because this is the most nerve wracking moment of your young life. This diploma is the key to your future, and will unlock more doors than you could imagine but before you actually accept it you have to shake the principal’s hand with your right hand. As you do this you are saying goodbye to your past with your left and thanking him for your education with your right.
