If you must stop at McDonalds, try their Southwest Chicken Salad. Another restaurant she recommended was Chick-Fil-A. They have a delicious Harvest Salad that you can get with a fruit salad as well. Another great idea was from Miss Reynolds. She said that it is so important to order your salads with the dressing on the side. Some salad dressings have many calories in them. According to Dr. Alonso, eating healthy promotes long lasting energy physically instead of having a sugar rush and then crashing later. Mentally eating healthy improves your focus and you are able to concentrate better. Also, while eating healthy, it makes you more stable emotionally. According to Miss Reynolds, physically your body moves easier and is physically stronger. The skin develops good color, you have better complexion, you have less wrinkles, and your hair is shinier and will grow faster.
