School is a place where 85% of the United States people goes to at least once in their life. That is a good thing, but the problem is that not all of the people that attend school take it very seriously.Im not here to tell you to change yourself as a person, but to motivate you to keep going in school, to think about your future. I get it. School can be uninteresting or unproductive sometimes but that isn’t an excuse. It’s simply being lazy or sometimes the unfortunate can happen where you get sick and you can’t even think straight, even then that still isn’t an excuse because nowadays homework is always online. We all know that highschool is one of the last stages in school, and people take advantage of that. They go out to parties instead of doing their homework. They come home late or are on their phone a lot, so they sleep late at night and can’t even keep their eyes open in class.Things like that make school hard ,and it not only …show more content…

About 35% of the people who don’t go to college ,stay in a job that pays minimum wage is only ten dollars and fifty cents. You can’t even rent an apartment with that kind of money, you can’t even feel comfortable with the way you live with that type of pay.The most saddest thing is to see how bad it can get when people don’t even get jobs.Their are people living on the streets, young people getting into drugs. If they have gone back in time and went to school for something that interest them, then i’m more than sure they would have done it.
At the same time school isn’t for everyone,or they don’t have the funds to pay for school, but there is always a solution for that. You just have to be focused and committed to it because if you really work hard towards something you really want, your dream can turn into a reality. You’ll not only make yourself happy but others around you, your parents, your

Author of research paper Karen walker Rough draft Did you know that year round schools have a 2% dropout rate nearly three percent lower than schools without the year round program. More schools should make the change to the year round program and join the 3081 schools and 46 states currently employing the year round program. Opponents of the year round school argue that student need a long summer break to catch up on lost sleep, and lose stress. Despite the new outburst of year-round schooling across the nation, I have the firm belief that we should retain the traditional system. Most schools who have switched to the year round calendar switched back to the traditional one because the anticipated instructional advantages haven’t materialized. In some cases, it even results in a drop of one to two percentile points in national rank for reading, math, and language scores, compared to a traditional calendar. It is not a good idea to keep making this change.…

If school is all year round there will be drastic changes in the american lifestyle. For example school being all year round would be a problem for children because year round school will not give students enough family time. This is the case because sometimes parents like to take a vacation, or a break once in awhile. Therefore the government should let schools have a break during the school year so that children can have time to spend with family and friends. There are many more problems such as parents would have to make scheduling adjustments, and year round school won’t give students enough time to spend with family and friends, and year round school would cost more money.…

To be honest, I hate school with a passion, yet I love learning as much as living. As a child, schooling created a feeling of loneliness and sadness that echoed throughout my life, even now. I didn’t meet the standard levels for literacy and was separated from my classmates in elementary school for special reading and writing classes. Also the lack of freedom to say and move the way I wished to, and the rebellion that stemmed out of me in middle school due to these limitations. Finally, the conforming in high school to appease my mother, friends that drove me over the edge, yet even now I feel the same bull-crap in college.…
