Who would have perceived that this week's discussion would have almost synchronized with yet another terrorist attack? We often heard the National Rifle Association and gun Manufacturers monotonously stated that guns do not kill anyone, people does. The Framers never envisioned that these types of guns come into existence, or else they would have stipulated in the Constitution the type of guns citizens needed to bear. It was over 300 years ago; Look how far we came, from bow-an-arrow to assault rifles. Yes we can change to these types of rifles, but we cannot tweak “The Second Amendment” to keep up with terrorist and modern day criminals? My 25 year old daughter told me that the Constitution need to be amended on the type of guns that citizens bear. But, as soon as anyone mentioned about the "The Second Amendment" the next words that followed, is this Oh, they want to take away our guns. No one wants to take away guns, but who need high powered weapons to do hunting. How many shots do you need to take to hunt for your food or play sports? Are they not one of the Super-packs who make big contributions to Lobbyist and Lawmakers? In my opinion, majority of Americans do have high powered rifles not for fun, but out of fear. They know why they are fearful because of what many of their predecessors had done in the past. If anyone thinks that a ban on these types of weapons is not going to take place, think again. I really do not care about anyone's sexual orientation, but this population is very well hated in society, and because of this they find a social community who will accept them for who they are. From what I have come to learn about the LGBT population, they have nothing but love in their hearts. It is “He” that have made us and not we
