Decreased Military Pay Each year average soldiers are paid anywhere from $19,818 to $62,031.They not only risk their lives, but also they spend time away from their families that they will never get back, eat pre-packaged food worse than the school cafeteria, wake up at the crack of dawn to train, and receive hardly any time for themselves . Not to mention the benefits after they serve for our country. After all of the common citizen privileges that they give up, they are still not credited enough.
