According to CBS News, attackers in Burundi, Africa chopped off the limbs of a 5-year-old albino boy and pulled out his mother's eye, killing them.
Not only are albinos people being killed but so are there family members who try to protect them.
According to an article on the website IOL, a 16-year-old girl was killed in a similar incident on September 22nd. "She was murdered, and again they cut off her arms and legs and took them away," the governor said. There are way too many reports of people being murdered and people limbs being cut off, this has to come to an end.
What is going to be done to stop this from happening?
It is not right to attack and kill people because it is against the human rights and is not morally correct. In Malawi, Tanzania, and Burundi, people suffering from albinism are being discriminated because they are albino which is a violation of the human rights. In many places albinos are being attacked and killed for rituals using albinos bones. We need to crack down on people attacking albinos so we can put a stop to all the violence towards
