More often than not, abortion is the result of pregnancy due to rape, or the inability to support a child for any variety of reasons. Although many see it as the termination of a life, abortion needs to be an option to save the lives of women who are not able to support a child. While opposing viewers might say that abortion terminates a potential life and is dangerous, it is actually saving the life of a woman who wouldn’t be able…

An abortion is effectively a medical decision and it should be made between the mother and her doctor. A woman should not be forced to have a child, and it would make little sense for a woman to have a child when they may not be ready. It would be unfair to not only the mother, but the child as well, the child may not receive the level of care that it deserves. Mothers may choose abortion because they are not prepared to have a child, it makes no sense for the mother to be forced into parenthood. After the child is born, the only people that will be there to support it would be its parents, and if the parents are not ready, there will be no way for the child receive the care it…

As a doctor, I see an enormous amount of teen and unwanted pregnancies. I also see mothers decide to have a baby with the intentions to raise and take care of the child, but sadly, not all mothers are mature enough to raise a baby, and eventually let another family member take the child. In todays world, women who are considering an abortion are forced to decide in just 24 weeks, and some politicians want to shorten that time or even abolish abortion fully. On the other, there are some people who are “pro-choice” meaning the believe the mother has the choice to abort the baby up to 24 weeks. I know of one case that is personal to me.…

Most women see as having an abortion as their only choice. They lack support financially as well as socially. “Without social support, women who may want to bear children will choose abortion over adoption”(Siegel, R, & Blustain, S. 2006). The majority of people with the occupation of abortion are in the belief that the unborn child is not fully considered as human but just a fetus inside a woman. “Abortionist refuse to think of an unborn baby as human.…

Many have different reason to why they do, but either way it is wrong and it should not be legal. Throughout the years, the abortion rate has gone up severely. All of the abortions that happen can not just be from health issues or rape. A study shows that many abortions recently are just because the mother is not ready for a baby. “In 2010, more than half of all pregnancies were unintended in 28 states; in the remainder of the states, a minimum of 36% of pregnancies were unintended” (Wind, 1).…

If we continue to stop abortions than we really can help others who can’t have children. A woman should not have the right to abort her child because it can cause medical complications, the abortion can have a mental impact on the mother, and she has other options like putting the child up for adoption. Individuals nowadays exploit fetus removal and manhandled it and utilize it as a contraception. Fetus removal is a "war against the unborn" ( ) and should keep the baby unless a threatening matter happens. The individuals who choose to have abortions are mainly minors or young ladies with poor beneficial experience to see completely what they are…

Abortion is a huge problem that has caused a wide range of controversy all over the United States. There are two sides to the problem, which are people who oppose abortion or support it. Abortion becomes a big deal when trying to decide whether a fetus should be considered a human being already when a woman aborts. In my case I believe that a woman should not be able to abort a child inside her unless there is some type of serious medical issue where the child may not come out alive. When a woman aborts a child, they did not want, it is like the killing of another human being who had no say or ever did anything wrong to deserve it.…

Abortion should be a part of a country’s contraception policy. People should plan their families and society must allow women to end unwanted pregnancies in order to deal with failures of birth control, cases of rape and cases of incest. Abortion should be legalized but discouraged. Legal, because it is a choice; discouraged because there are other more effective ways to prevent pregnancy than abortion. Abortion is all about allowing a woman to make her own decisions, in relation to her age, financial stability, relationship stability, and mental and physical capabilities.…
