Persuasive Essay Against Abortion

Abortion is a much argued discussion here in America; everyone has their own opinion on the situation. I for one stand by the idea that everyone should have the right to choice what they want to do in regards to abortion. There shouldn’t be any politicians or religious groups getting involved in a women’s personal choice. But we don’t live in a perfect world that’s I propose a solution that maybe more people can agree upon; abortion should be allowed under circumstances.
There is something called the “The Woman’s Right To Know Act”. This law is only in placed in 35 states; I believe it should be in placed in all 50 states. This act helps the parents of the fetus that are thinking of abortion, really understand what they are about to do and

These girls will be less likely to finish their education and more likely to end up living in poverty depending on public assistance. Their children are more likely to follow in their footsteps and it would become a repeated problem that we can help prevent.
Also they should offer free educational sexual educations to adults. Some adults may have never been probably taught about contraptions and may be too ashamed to ask people because they are adults and they “should” already know. Some adults may also have some misconceptions about sex. These classes would be saving the taxpayers an average of 9.4 billion dollars and may help lower the amount of abortions that happen in the United States.
I feel like education make all the difference in everyone’s life, and being properly taught about something as important as abortion is something we should really start focusing on. Making something like the “Woman’s right to know act” a law in all states is something I truly feel that can dramatically affect the abortion rates here in the United States. Also we need to keep in mind that not only adults go through abortions but also young adults do too. Implementing sexual education classes can really help these young adults make better decisions in life and even help them succeed in the long run. Everyone deserves a proper education about such a sensitive topic like

Abortion is increasing tremendously. There are 40-50 million abortions that occur per year, that means there are 125,000 unborn babies that die every day. This is especially needed today, as we are no longer necessarily an abstinence abiding culture. As sexuality and comprehensive sexual education become more normalized, there is a greater need for it. Comprehensive sexual education is critical for teens to learn factual information on how to protect themselves and gain a better understanding of their own bodies. Thus, giving them the opportunity to put their care and understanding into their own hands, with the complete privacy that Planned Parenthood so strongly believes in. If people are educated on their reproductive rights and ways to protect themselves, they are then enabling themselves to avoid situations in which they can suffer from.…

Another method of abortion is the pill. The pill can only be taken when it has been 10 weeks or less from the woman’s last menstrual cycle. If it has been more than 10 weeks, the woman must have an in-clinic abortion. (Planned Parenthood). Before taking the pill, it is required to follow the same steps as the in-clinic abortion which include: discussing your decision with somebody, reviewing your medical history, having a physical exam as well as laboratory tests, and reading and signing any necessary papers.…

I have strong feelings on this topic. I do not feel that abortion is an option for females. Once a life is created it is just that; it is a life and should be treated as such. As a nurse it is difficult for me to support abortion for any reason except when the life of the women is in grave danger. Life is precious and should be treated that way. I do however support birth control and outreach programs that make assistance available to females in need.…

If you give a man a fishing pole that has never used one before and you tell him to fish not only will he not know how, but he won 't know what to do once he 's caught a fish. Similarly if boys and girls are not educated on how to practice safe sex and the various options they have should something go wrong then they won’t know what to do; they will more than likely take the easy way out which would be abortion. By offering free birth control and better educate not just women, but men on sex then we can decrease the amount of unintended pregnancies which could cause the abortion rate to lower. A nationwide program that educates young people of all races and sexualities how to practice safe sex is a better solution than a health class that has a curriculum that varies state to state and only teaches abstinence rather than practicing safe sex or simply offering birth control. Education in all areas of life is vital because ignorance is something that guarantees a serious…

Abortion should be a part of a country’s contraception policy. People should plan their families and society must allow women to end unwanted pregnancies in order to deal with failures of birth control, cases of rape and cases of incest. Abortion should be legalized but discouraged. Legal, because it is a choice; discouraged because there are other more effective ways to prevent pregnancy than abortion. Abortion is all about allowing a woman to make her own decisions, in relation to her age, financial stability, relationship stability, and mental and physical capabilities.…
