This is a time for high schoolers and college kids to flock to the beach in packs. Young adults pack up their coolers and red Solo cups in hopes for the best week of their lives. Most walk away from the less than toxic week with more questions than answers. Culturally, as a whole use this week as an excuse to be irresponsible and carefree. By doing this it allowed us to get a head start on the day. We did research on all the locals favorite trails and narrowed it down. After selecting Yonah Mountain in Cleveland, Georgia we grabbed our already pre-packed bags and left for an early hike. “With incredible views, steep dropoffs and a moderately challenging, ultra-scenic climb to the summit, the Yonah Mountain Trail delivers one of North Georgia’s best and most popular hikes” (Atlanta Trails). Nature was untouched and overgrown. Venturing further back into the woods we noticed a cabin. It turned out we had found out way off the path onto private military property.
