This meaning you can’t walk outside without a spacesuit, otherwise you can be considered dead. Also, keep in mind, you have all four people crammed into a tiny, compact spaceship, and only moist towelettes to keep all four of these people clean for those seven months. Is Mars really worth that?

In this case, one sponsor is most likely going to give you six billion dollars, so you would need multiple sponsors. Which, again, aren’t easy to find. So the trouble of finding sponsors, comes with the ridiculous

Another problem with this statement is that private agencies tend to over-promise a lot of the time. Mars One, a non-profit organization, is currently the leader in pursuing the long-awaited trip to the red planet, Mars. In their first press release about this project, Mars One stated that they hope to establish a human settlement on Mars by the year 2023, which later changed to 2025(Mars One Will Settle Men on Mars in 2023 1).
