All parents want their kids to do well in school and football can help with that. Football improves school performances and teaches kids lessons. Kim Gorgens, a clinical associate professor in the Graduate School of Professional Psychology at the University of Denver stated that, “Organized sports are a learning lab for life.” Kids are taught in football to try their best and to listen to instruction. The average cornerback and receiver can run over a mile in one game. This may not seem impressive because the game last sixty minutes and a player could walk a mile in that time, but players usually are only playing for eleven minutes during a game.
