Many years ago casinos were considered almost like a sin, many people just hated the idea of others spending their time betting money like it was nothing. But that wasn't the only reason why casinos weren't liked as much, the majority of them when they were first founded, were run by the Mafia. If you know the reputation of the Mafia you will know that a casino's reputation was just the same. They weren't considered a “good” thing to do for many obvious reasons, in which it involved prostitution and drugs.

Today, casino companies are spread out worldwide! You can go anywhere in the world and it's very likely you'll find a casino at a local city.
